COMPLIANCE ADVISOR - CONSULTANTWith three decades of experience and expertise across secondary, vocational and higher education, Lina Ridley delivers exceptional value to her clients. Her recent consulting experience includes supporting Higher Education Institutes to meet their TEQSA and ASQA obligations, delivering best practice and ultimately, enhancing the outcomes for their students.
Lina’s deep understanding of the sector extends to the establishment and delivery of trans-national education in four different jurisdictions. Lina has experience as Academic Director and Compliance Director in Australia with oversight of academic operations in Sri Lanka, Kenya, Zambia and China.
Lina’s project management skills, attention to detail and personal work ethic enable her clients to have full confidence in the accuracy, thoroughness and timeliness of the work she delivers. By initially working closely with the senior team, she ensures her work aligns with the organisation’s strategy, its risk management appetite and its capacity to sustain the compliance requirements after the project is completed.

After a long and successful career in learning, development and senior leadership at the Australian Institute of Management in Western Australia, Dr Shaun Ridley brings 30+ years of local, national and international consulting experience to Ridley Insights.
Shaun has had unrivalled access to hundreds of organisations across multiple industry types including the not-for-profit sector, banking and finance, manufacturing, mining, public sector, small business, professional services, education and health care.
The majority of his assignments involve working with senior executives from both the public and private sectors on strategy and leadership development, management consulting and stakeholder consultation.
Shaun is frequently invited to speak at annual conferences and conventions for both profit and non-profit organisations and community groups. He is the author of three books One Small Step … for Leaders and One More Small Step … for Leaders and I Wish I’d Said That.

Shaun is a highly sought-after consultant and facilitator with a reputation for delivering world-class outcomes for clients. He has a particular skill for facilitating workshops with groups navigating complex issues where he draws out contributions from the audience, allows everyone to feel they have been heard and summarises the input into meaningful actions.
He has worked on assignments throughout Australia and in the USA, Indonesia, Brunei and Malaysia.
